5. User Content

By uploading MSDS documents, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process your documents for the purpose of providing analysis services. We do not store your documents permanently and do not use them for any other purpose.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless mmlogistix.com and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Availability

• OpenAI API for AI analysis
• hCaptcha for security verification
• UN/LOCODE database for port information

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.
